Quite simply, the River Journal has taken the plunge into a live, daily blog! Well, maybe not daily as we get it off the ground, but daily once the site goes “live,” and maybe even hourly, too.
Why Raspberries? Well, that’s the working name of this blog, in homage to Dave Oliveria, the Northwest’s (and maybe America’s) king of online journalism. Dave’s blog for the Spokesman Review, Huckleberries Online, has set the standard for the rest of the world to follow.
So Raspberries, in honor of Dave… until the site goes live, by which time I hope to have discovered its “real” name. Got ideas? Let me know… we’d like to keep with the “River” Journal theme… wading… plunge… you know what I mean.
